What you need...
Big fat organic porridge oats
Whole fat milk
Cinnamon sticks
Brown sugar
Maple syrup (or similar)
What you need to do... (for one serving)
Measure half a cup of oats... into the pan
Measure a cup of milk... also into the pan!
Add a bit of cinnamon stick (about the size of a finger)
Add some brown sugar to the porridge as it's cooking
Don't burn the porridge!
Put a little squirt of syrup into the bottom of your bowl
Add the nicely cooked porridge
Add some more sugar and syrup (but not lots)
Done!
